These two labels have been stamped with a company name and a 1863 date. American Powder Mills was not a company until 1883! Beware of these cannon labels even if they don't show the 1863 overstamp.

Winchester Fake Fishing Tackle Envelope
This fantasy piece shows a color copy label glued to the front of a plain envelope and is often found on the internet.
Pins and Watch Fobs

Colt Mfg. Co. Patent Firearms Fake Watch Fob
This is a fantasy piece and was never produced by Colt! The piece is found in silver and bronze and measures 1 3/4" X 1 1/2".

 
 
This fake button measures 7/8"and is marked Tiffany of New York on the back. The button is a fantasy item and was never produced by Colt!

 This is a fantasy piece and was never produced by Laflin & Rand. The fob is found with multiple finishes and they are all fake!

Winchester Big Game Hanging Sign
This item is 100% fake!!! It is a page from the poster book glued down to heavy stock and made to look old! Winchester never produced this item.

Winchester Fish & Duck Fake Die-Cuts
These are fantasy items never produced by Winchester! Both are found in multiple variations.

Winchester & Remington Fake Signs
Beware of these signs and others of similar construction. The person or persons who have created these fantasy signs have gone to great lengths to make them look old, they are not!!!

Winchester Repeating Arms Company Fake Sign
Beware of these signs and others of similar construction. The person or persons who have created these fantasy signs have gone to great lengths to make them look old, they are not!!! This sign measures 10 1/2" X 3 3/4".

Remington Arms War Workers Paper Weight
 These fakes are all too common and are found from multiple companies. The glass paper weight is modern and has a color copy of a pinback inserted from the back side. These fakes are also found in square glass, but most are just like this one.

Snap Shot Powder Ash Tray
This fake is usually found on the internet and is a color copy of a Snap Shot Gun Powder tin label. The ash tray is made very similar to the fake paper weights that are also found on the internet.

 

Winchester Churn

Winchester Soldier On Card
This is a fantasy piece and was never produced by Winchester. The toy soldier is not the only item attached to these cards. Beware of other cards of the same construction.

Winchester Trays
These trays are from the 50's and the Winchester advertising has been added recently. The trays measure around 16" X 8" and are commonly found on the internet.

This is another fantasy piece that was never produced by Winchester. This bottle is also found in clear glass and in multiple sizes.
